Although we make every effort to answer all of our email letters in a timely fashion, we unfortunately do get backed up from time to time (this is due to having a very small staff). We have considered posting an FAQ section to our site to offset some of these delays; however, because of the subject matter and the very nature of many of your questions, we believe that a personal reply is more appropriate. We therefore request that you be patient. We will respond as soon as possible. To help facilitate the pace at which we can respond, we do ask that you provide in your letter the location of the state in which you live, your city, and the ages of your gifted children. Thank you.
